Bootcamp / CrossFit

What is Bootcamp? It’s not  your typical workout class. Each day is different, so we are constantly ‘tricking’ our muscles to get results. And, it’s not just show up, work out and then leave. As a personal trainer, it is my duty to make sure my clients are making progress. So, we take an assessment on the first day as a baseline and provide guidance on nutrition, accountability and getting results. The classes focus on overall strength, power, speed, balance, flexibility and boosting the anaerobic threshold. If the client follows the class, does the work and eats properly, they are guaranteed results.

Current Boot Camp Schedule

I would like to sign up for two weekdays and the Saturday. How do I go about doing that?

    • Hello Janae, Please email me at (or call/text me at (817) 521-4557) with the time slot you prefer (morning 8:45 a.m.) or evening (6:30 p.m.) for the weekday times. And, then you can complete the forms under ‘forms’ and bring them with you along with payment. The first day of the next session begins next Tuesday, February 9. Thank you for your interest!
