What is Bootcamp? Well, it’s not your typical workout class. Each day is different, so we are constantly ‘tricking’ our muscles to get results. And, it’s not just show up, work out and then leave. As a personal trainer, it is my duty to make sure my clients are making progress. So, we take an assessment on the first day as a baseline and provide guidance on nutrition, accountability and getting results. The classes focus on core and overall strength, balance, flexibility and cardio performance. If the client follows the class, does the work and eats properly, they are guaranteed results. We reward our clients at the end of the boot camp for most improvement, greatest performance, etc.
