In the year 2004, I was lead to help people get into shape, feel great about their physical appearance, and have fun doing it. I have been a marathon and running coach for Luke’s Locker in Colleyville and Fort Worth, a Certified Personal Trainer for LA Fitness, Club One and a fitness instructor at Womax. I currently train individuals in their homes and run fitness classes of all levels. I am certified as a Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist and Cardio Performance Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Training protocols for my clients include flexibility, balance, core strength, muscle strength and cardio fitness. All of these combined result in full range of motion of the joints and muscles, which in turn, help the client become a stronger, healthier, injury free athlete.
My other passion is running. I’ve been an avid runner since the early 1990s, and started to train for my first marathon in the year 2003. I have completed 11marathons and am a two time qualifier for the big one – BOSTON.
